12. How do I track my order?

   After your package is shipped, we will tell you through email, so please make sure you offer a right email address and add our email to your white list. You can also track your package on elmontyouthsoccer.com (“My Account”-“All Orders”), and go to the order you want to track and click Order Details, and you can see the tracking information in it. If your order contains many items, each of them may have different delivery time and tracking information.

13. How do I customize my jersey?

   You can customize your jersey with your own name and number and patch. And you need to pay a little extra charge for the customization, and you can see the item page for detailed charge of customization.

14. How do I maintain my jersey?

   For the customized jersey, we strongly suggest you wash it by hand. Don’t

soak or twist it, and turn the inside out. If you often wash it by machine, the

number and name on the jersey will fall off easily. Once a letter or a number falls off, please lay the jersey flat first and cover the letter or number with a clean & non-viscous paper, and iron it with 150℃ for 7-8 seconds. If it doesn’t work, please iron it again.
