9. How is
order status different from tracking information?
Order status is provided by
elmontyouthsoccer.com and it tells you what is happening to your order from the
moment you submit it to the time we send it out. Tracking information is
provided by a carrier (EMS/DHL/FedEx) that allows you to trace your package
from the time it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at its
destination.
10. Why is the tracking
information sometimes missing?
Sometimes, tracking information is
unavailable because:
(1) Your
package has not been sent out yet.
(2) Your
order is divided into several packages and some of them have not been shipped
out yet.
(3) Some
carriers, for example HK Post, it only tells you when it leaves Hong Kong, and
it won’t show you any more update in a month. In this case, you can email us or
leave us a message if you want to trace your order.
11. What
do I do if it shows my package is delivered but I haven’t received it?
If the tracking information shows that your
package is delivered but you haven’t got it in 36 hours after the expected received
date:
(1) Verify
the shipping address
(2) Look
around the delivery location for your package
(3) Check
if someone else has taken the package
(4) Some
packages are delivered by more than one carrier, so you need to check your
mailbox or wherever else you receive mails.
