4. Can I get my package faster?

   Usually, we offer worldwide free shipping and the delivery date depends on which country you are in. Normally, you will receive your package around 15 days after it gets shipped. But if you want to get it faster, you can choose DHL or FedEx for faster shipment, and you need to pay an extra charge for that. By doing so, you will receive your package in 3-7 days after it gets shipped.

5. Why is my payment failed sometimes?

   There are some reasons leading to such a situation:

(1)        Incorrect card information

Make sure you use a JCB, Master or Visa Credit Card; also, make sure you have entered the right credit card number, and the shipping address should be the same as the billing address.

(2)        The bank refused/ Transaction declined by the bank/ Declined by issuing bank

Please make a call to your bank and ask them about this situation. As far as we know, some banks could prevent people from transferring money to the Chinese bank accounts.

(3)        Insufficient funds

Please make sure your account has enough money for your order and our site accepts US dollars only. Besides, your bank could charge you international exchange rate, so please confirm that your account has more money than your order’s total sum.
